ASSEMBLY TECH
The Assembly Technician I is responsible for making sure all parts are assembled correctly before passing on to final test.
Essential Functions

- Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) drawings and blueprints.
- Cut and thread piping.
- Must be able to read a tape measure to within 1/16 of an inch.
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of pipe fittings, valves, and switches.
- Ability to operate a forklift and crane.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.
- Possession of strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
