2^nd and 3^rd Shift Supervisor

Successful candidate will serve in a supervisory capacity of a rubber compression and transfer molding press line. Must have 2 years or more of experience directing small manufacturing crews. 2 to 3 years of compression, transfer and/or injection molding background preferred. Knowledge of ISO quality system a plus.
Responsibilities:
Review assigned presses and communicate with off going shift
Oversee quality and efficiency of press runs to maintain quotas
Troubleshoot any press line operator issues
Maintain all necessary paperwork
Communicate with follow up shift
Train new operators
