Lloyd Richards Personnel is hiring a Tack Welder / Helper for full-time, long-term work in a manufacturing environment.

This position assists welders and fabricators with tacking, material preparation, and general shop support. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist welders with tack welding and weld preparation
  • Grind, clean, and prep materials
  • Move materials and parts throughout the shop
  • Perform general shop labor and cleanup as needed
  • Follow safety procedures and shop standards

Requirements:
  • Prior manufacturing or shop experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic tack welding
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet
  • Reliable transportation and attendance

Schedule & Pay:
  • Full-time
  • Day shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • Weekly pay
  • $18.00/hour
